TWO THINGS: Two Championship Belts we would love to see back

Do you ever think that WWE could have more championship belts or would you like to see retired championships brought back into the limelight. We have picked two championship belts that we would like to see back in the WWE.

The Hardcore Championship

The Hardcore Championship was one of the most unique championships to ever be defended in WWE. It was originally given to Mick Foley, then known as Mankind, by the Chairman, Mr. McMahon. The rules of how to defend the championship even evolved with time, and it was eventually defended under 24/7 rules. That meant that the Hardcore Champion could be pinned at any time of day, any day of the week as long as a referee was around to make the three-count. The Hardcore Championship found its way around the waists of a very eclectic group of Superstars ranging from the likes of Mankind, Crash Holly, Big Show, Hardcore Holly, Big Boss Man and Kane, among numerous others.

If WWE were to bring back the Hardcore Championship who would they give it to and would the 24/7 rule still apply? Maybe Rob Van Dam can have a run with the Hardcore Championship.

The Cruiserweight Championship

Since its inception in WCW in late 1991, the Cruiserweight Championship has had a roller coaster of an existence. Its first obstacle was overcoming an almost four-year lull when WCW failed to re-establish the championship after stripping Brad Armstrong of it in 1992. Since that time, several other questionable decisions were made -- most notably when both Lenny Lane and The Artist were stripped of their titles in controversial fashion. In addition, the Cruiserweight Championship also found its way around the waists of some women's wrestlers including Madusa. Despite all this, the Cruiserweight Championship has become the highest accolade in cruiserweight wrestling. It is because of the recent efforts of Superstars such as Gregory Helms, Chavo Guerrero and Jamie Noble that the Cruiserweight Championship is held in such high regard.

So who would be a good candidate to hold the Cruiserweight Championship if it were to ever return. Personally I think Tyson Kid would make a great champion as a heel and WWE could do so much with him.
